About my experience

👋
As summarised version of this can be found on my read.cv profile

Before StashAway, I worked at a couple of early-stage startups:
  • Koku is a Singaporean series A startup that builds tools for companies to enhance their forex capabilities. I designed front and back office systems to help non-bank financial intermediaries streamline and optimise their workflows. I also worked on a white-label mobile app.
  • Bombfell is a subscription service based in New York that mails clothes to customers based on our personal stylist's recommendations. I designed the customer experience from purchase, receiving a delivery to processing their returns. I also designed our internal platform that stylists use to communicate with customers. Bombfell has since been acquired by Randa

Due to my experiences designing, testing and launching in a short period of time, I got interested in design ops, particularly in design systems:
  • At Aleph labs, I built the foundational elements and frameworks for a design system to bridge the gap between design teams, designers and engineers, and unify the design language across products.
